Current Openings

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Rep. If you have a background in the printing or graphic arts industry in either a service, production, or sales capacity, this job could be yours. We are a full-service printing company dedicated to providing exceptional service and outstanding quality to our growing customer base.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Responsible for selling products and services, and providing excellent customer service and project coordination for all new and repeat projects. This person is responsible for initiating contact with customers, taking orders, and making sure projects are completed on time and to specifications. This person is the liaison between the customer and the production department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Make cold calls and contact existing customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships and build successful new customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer contact list.
- Communicate with customers to determine/understand the project purpose in order to develop a scope of project detailing the products and services necessary to complete the project.
- Generate work-orders and monitor order progress, including the planning, printing, bindery (internal and external), and shipping.
- Interpret and confirm specifications submitted by customers and internal employees.
- Create estimates using company estimation tool.
- Create work orders and submit to production dept.
- Consult with production personnel for solutions to customer issues.
- Communicate order status to customers throughout the production process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in graphics and/or printing production
- Minimum 2 years of prior customer service experience
COMPENSATION
